my car engine light came on told me my car needed service. took it to champion and they told me my car was still under warranty and that they had the part needed to fix it. they did fix the problem and I was not charged because they said it was still under warranty. I'm a widow and it was a big help to me.

Made appointment for the 15000 mile service. Making the appointment was easy. Check in was simple and my wait time was minimal. My issue is the truck was supposed to be inspected but I don’t beleive that happened. .i can tell you for sure the tires were not checked because the tire pressure was at 39psi and 40psi. Maximum inflation is supposed to be 35. I still had 40 percent oil life left and only made the appointment because the 15,000 mile was due. I ended up changing my windshield wipers and cabin air filter myself.

This is my first visit. And an oil leak was found on my brand new car. So we shall see but so far so good. They quickly assist the situation and came up with a method to try and find the leak. We are now waiting for the next test to be ran.

Easiest deal that I've ever done! Great response time and sales team was very professional!
First they were overpriced...way overpriced as a dealership is expected to be but even other dealerships were aghast at this price. Quoted me $4000 for items that there was nothing wrong with. Didn't even repair the main reason I brought it in. Rented a car and left it with them overnight to be worked on the next day and it still was not ready at 5. Got everything wrong with the car repaired for 500. Ridiculous. I will not visit this dealership for anything again. Dealt with Courtesy for years. This place is not even close.

This visit was disorganized, extremely slow (2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation). Took just as long to get the paperwork as to complete the labor. Spoke with customer service regarding the wrong name and address on my account and again no changes have been made. Is this person receiving my POINTS because I am not seeing them on my account. Asked this question as well with a very passive response. I’m not sure I will be returning for anymore services to my car.
I brought my truck in for a humming sound, was told they would put new tires on to see if the sound went away. Was not done, and the issue was not resolved. This issue started within 6 months of purchasing, reported it to them and still not fixed. Their only goal is to get every vehicle out as quickly as possible, and make sure anything covered under warranty is ignored.
Haven’t used the service center yet, but the parts department was very helpful when I inquired about a tag holder
I got a check engine light on my car. Brought it in Monday and it didn’t get looked at until Friday. Just for them to say there was nothing wrong with it. I had no ride or rental for the week and no compensation.
